To teach at Shane English School Taiwan you need to be:

Our help and support doesn't end with Orientation Week.


Orientation and Training Week is designed to get new teachers set up, settled, and ready for thier first class, but staff support continues for the duration of your time at Shane. Your designated Director of Studies will continue to ensure your professional development through observation and feedback sessions and act as your contact point for any issues that may arise (both inside and outside the classroom), while the staff at Head Office are always willing to help out teachers who need assistance.
