Shane English School Taiwan (SEST) is currently seeking applicants to join the recruitment team at our Head Office in Linkou, New Taipei City. Details:

The main responsibilities will include coordinating the recruitment of foreign teachers for both DTE (Head Office-run) and franchise schools and supporting broader foreign talent acquisition efforts. You’ll manage key stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ad hoc projects, gaining experience in areas such as HR, marketing, web design, and copy editing.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the EFL industry in Taiwan and prior teaching experience (desired, though not essential)
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills
• Able to work independently within a team environment
• Social media savvy and familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts
• Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and/or other basic software applications
• Previous HR/recruitment or sales/marketing experience (preferred, but not essential)
• Eligible to live and work in Taiwan
• The office is an English-speaking environment, so Mandarin ability is not required
