Shane English School Taiwan (SEST) is currently seeking applicants for the Director of Projects role at our Head Office in Linkou, New Taipei City. Details:

The main responsibilities will include the research and development of new educational materials and courses, ongoing quality management of current materials, and coordinating with a diverse team to help accomplish these goals and more. You’ll be working with many departments to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the EFL industry in Taiwan and prior teaching experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent grasp of English grammar rules and experience following a style guide (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other basic software applications
  • Previous project management or material creation experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Eligible to live and work in Taiwan
  • The office is an English-speaking environment, so Mandarin ability is not required
